Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, organisation, phone number, and your message. Nothing else is collected through that form.

If you join the Education ERP pilot, we hold the institution records you import so the product can work: student details, batches, attendance, examination results, and fee entries.

Why we use it

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about. Pilot data is used to run the ERP for your institution and to investigate problems you report.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Institution and student data

In the pilot your institution remains responsible for the student records it uploads, and we process them on your instructions. We access them only to operate the product or to look into an issue you have raised.

You can request an export of your records at any time, and you can ask us to delete them when you stop using the product.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of what was discussed. Pilot data is kept until you ask us to remove it, or until the pilot ends and you choose not to continue.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the number above or send the request through the contact form and we will action it.
